Shipping & returns

We ship tracked to Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, the Philippines and the United States. Each item is made or packed to order, so delivery takes 7–20 business days. Items from different workshops may arrive in separate parcels.

Shipping is a flat rate, and free once your order reaches the amount shown in your cart.

Import taxes, if your country charges any, are collected by customs or the carrier on delivery.

Returns

If an item arrives damaged or wrong, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund. Because items are made to order, we can't accept returns for a change of mind or the wrong size.
